Vision acquired and developed a site for a fresh-foods processing and distribution facility for Taylor Farms, the leading global producer of salads and fresh foods. This 83,000 SF build-to-suit facility, located in Colorado Springs, features large scale commercial washing and processing equipment, a variety of cold-storage facilities, and corporate offices for this regional facility. Vision built the project to specifications for Taylor Farms as the tenant, and owned and managed the investment under a long-term lease, until its eventual sale to a third party investor.
