What We Do
Approach projects with Vision
Turn them into Reality.
Our History
Vision Development has developed land, commercial office, retail and industrial buildings, multifamily projects, and single-family subdivisions throughout the western United States since 1996. From master-planned communities to build-to-suit facilities, we acquire, entitle, capitalize, and deliver, then own and manage what we build.
Our work is anchored in Colorado Springs, where we developed the 1,100-acre Jackson Creek community: more than 1,000 single-family lots, the Monument Market Place regional shopping center, multifamily, senior living, and self-storage. We carry that same discipline into every project, backed by a direct line to construction through our affiliate, Colorado Structures, Inc.
Our Philosophy
We build what we develop.
Our partner, CSI Construction Co, is the gold standard for commercial general contracting, consistently gaining 90% of its business from repeat clients.
We deliver on schedule.
Vision Development’s track record for delivering projects on or ahead of schedule is backed by 30 years of consistent delivery.
We develop for the long term.
We own, operate and manage what we build to ensure of solid decision making and investor transparency, maximizing long term value for our partners.
We seek to serve.
Our goal is to tackle projects that best serve the communities in which we develop along side our partners.
Our Leadership
Decades of development and construction experience, based in Colorado.
