Vision Development saw a need for a high-end senior living community in Monument, Colorado. Vision designed, built and financed this 132 unit luxury facility which includes independent and assisted living as well as memory care services. Vision obtained endorsement and closed on financing utilizing HUD's Section 232 mortgage guarantee program. The project was completed in October 2018, ahead of schedule, and well received by the Tri-Lakes area community. Vision's affiliate and partner owned and operated the community with tremendous success for its residents until the project's sale in 2026.
