Vision's principals partnered with Prospect, LLC to build Block 32 at RiNo, a 205 unit luxury rental community and the first large residential development in Denver's River North neighborhood. In 2013, The Burns School Real Estate and Construction at the University of Denver awarded Block 32 the 2013 Project of the Year for apartments and residential development as well as the City of Denver Mayor's Design Award for excellence in architecture, design and place-making.
