Vision delivered the first 177 luxury apartment units for Vistas at Jackson Creek ahead of schedule, under budget, and above pro-forma rents. Vision then immediately began work on expansion of this successful community in Monument Colorado with a second phase of 90 units under a FHA Section 221 (d)(4) loan. The success of Vistas phases I and II established Vision Development and CSI Construction as reliable partners with the HUD's office of Multi-Family Housing.
