Monument Marketplace is the primary commercial hub within the Town of Monument, Colorado, with nearly 600,000 s.f. of national and local retailers including Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Kohl's, Petsmart, Staples, and numerous banks, shops and eateries. This regional shopping destination required new regional transportation projects and related infrastructure, which along the shopping center itself were designed, entitled, built, leased and managed by Vision Development. Vision retained ownership of ground leases, single tenant build-to-suit buildings, and multiple shop buildings and pads until the project was sold to the Kroenke group in 2014.
