The Market Club at the Mill is a boutique mixed-use redevelopment located within The Mill at Broadway neighborhood, just south of downtown Sacramento. It is an adaptive reuse project that transformed a historic produce market building into a combination of neighborhood commercial space and loft-style apartments. The project has received recognition for preserving one of the last remaining structures from Sacramento’s historic produce market district while introducing new residential uses. Vision succeeded in this historic preservation project while providing contemporary urban living mixed with small-format retail services, all on a site of less than 1.2 acres.
