CSI designed and constructed the first Class A office condominium project in Monument, Colorado as part of a mixed-use development that also featured Ent Credit Union, a Les Schwab Tire store, and a turnkey build-to-suit Qdoba corporate store using a brand new prototype.  The suites within the 28,000 s.f. 3-story office building were purchased by various professional and healthcare companies, resulting in a very successful office project in the midst of the great economic crisis of 2008-9.  CSI’s innovative design and construction also achieved a LEED Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
